In his capacity as musician, he also casts his sonic sight beyond mortal ken. Rosborough's new Soothsayer cassette Inflow Illusion (2011, Moon Glyph) peacefully traverses a vast universe of sound, moving from one galaxy to the next, pondering each nebula's cosmic niche. The results are salubrious and will mollify even the most petulant tick. A halcyon sabbatical from the inchoate, Inflow Illusion harbors nary a wasted note.
